As we approach November, GTA Online players are gearing up for the highly anticipated second update of the year, which is typically released in December. The most likely release date for this update is Tuesday, December 9th, considering Rockstar’s usual pattern of releasing updates in early to mid-December, often on a Tuesday. In addition, the next GTA Plus event will begin on November 6th, a Thursday. This event will likely provide the definitive release date for the upcoming DLC, as Rockstar tends to align GTA Plus events with major updates. One of the most intriguing aspects of the missions is that they will lead players to clear out a mansion that previously belonged to Devon Weston. This mansion, abandoned for over a decade, is described as having "crazy views," though it’s currently being used by gang members. The mission involves clearing out these gang members and making the mansion ready for sale.

The voice lines hint that this particular mission will be a finale, with the mansion being placed back on the market. This raises the question: will players be able to purchase Devon Weston’s mansion as part of the new DLC? If true, this could mean players will not only be able to acquire Weston’s mansion but also several other luxury properties around the map.

Completing these missions will reward players with a discount on new properties when the DLC goes live in December, confirming that players will indeed be able to purchase mansions for the first time in GTA Online—something fans have been waiting for over a decade.

The timeline for these teasers seems clear. The construction props will likely appear in the first week of November, setting the stage for the upcoming DLC.
