The Seattle Seahawks have been busy this week, both on the practice field and in the front office. Ahead of each training camp practice the team has announced a couple of roster moves, and today Trevor Penning Jersey marks the third straight day they've made a move. This time around the team has re-signed , safety Marquise Blair.Blair (6-foot-1, 196 pounds) played the final two seasons of his college career at Utah, where he caught the eye of former head coach Pete Carroll.
